1 Introduction & Definitions

Takavet (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "the Site") is an online gaming platform that provides a range of gaming services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Takavet and its users ("you", "Member").

Definitions of key terms used in these Terms and Conditions:

• Account – Your personal gaming account registered with Takavet.
• Balance – The total funds currently held in your account.
• Bonus – Additional credits or rewards granted by Takavet.
• Wagering – A requirement to place a specified amount in wagers before withdrawing bonus or winnings.
• KYC – Know Your Customer — the identity verification process.
• Platform – The Takavet website, mobile app, and all related services.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any ambiguity or disagreement, Takavet's interpretation shall be considered final.

2 Registration & Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account and use the Takavet platform:

• You must be at least 18 years old. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration — including name, date of birth, phone number, and email — must be accurate and truthful.
• Each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• You must use a payment method registered in your own name and under your own ownership.
• By completing registration, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Takavet reserves the right to reject any registration application at any time without providing a reason. If suspicious information is detected, account verification may be placed on hold.

3 Account Management

Ensuring the security and proper use of your Takavet account is your own responsibility. Key account rules are as follows:

• Do not share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone.
• Managing an account on behalf of another person or using someone else's account is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• If any of your personal details change — such as your phone number or email address — please update your account promptly.
• Accounts with no activity for more than 12 months may be declared inactive.
• Takavet may initiate a KYC verification process when required. In such cases, you may be asked to submit your national ID or other supporting documents.

We recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to secure your account. Activating this feature adds an extra layer of protection.

4 Deposits & Payments

Takavet currently accepts deposits through the most popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh. Deposit rules are as follows:

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. In the event of a technical issue, it may take up to 30 minutes.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts will be rejected and returned.
• Minimum deposit amounts and maximum limits are set by Takavet and are subject to change.
• Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources is strictly prohibited.

If you experience any deposit issues, please contact our support team with your transaction ID and a screenshot. Resolution may take up to 24 hours.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawing your winnings on Takavet is simple and transparent. Withdrawal rules are as follows:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals for VIP members are processed faster.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering conditions must be fulfilled first.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if suspicious activity is detected.

Once a withdrawal request is submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it. Please make sure before submitting your request.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Takavet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that will be communicated at the time the bonus is issued. General bonus rules:

• The welcome bonus is only available with your first deposit.
• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement (typically 5x–30x).
• The deadline to meet wagering requirements is calculated from the date the bonus is received.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• If bonus abuse is detected — such as claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts — the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Takavet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Cashback bonuses apply only to losses on real money bets.

7 Gaming Rules

All games on Takavet are operated in accordance with international standards. Key gaming rules:

• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) system and cannot be manipulated.
• If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection, the system will automatically determine the result.
• Takavet reserves the right to void any winnings resulting from a technical error.
• The rules for each game are available within the game itself. We recommend reading the rules before you start playing.
• The dealer's decision is final in Live Casino games.
• Sports Betting event results are verified against recognized official sources.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited to maintain a fair environment on Takavet:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing or committing fraud within the bonus system.
• Using hacking, scripting, bots, or any automated software.
• Engaging in money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other Members.
• Registering under a false identity or providing inaccurate information.
• Attempting to manipulate or fix game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform for personal gain.

If a Member is found to be involved in any of the above activities, Takavet may close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary, without prior notice.

9 Responsible Gaming

Takavet believes gaming is a form of entertainment and should always be enjoyed responsibly. We are committed to helping Members build healthy gaming habits.

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits for yourself.
• You have the option to temporarily suspend your own account (Self-Exclusion) if needed.
• If gaming is having a negative impact on your daily life, seek support immediately.
• Keeping minors away from gaming is the responsibility of every adult Member.

10 Changes to Terms

Takavet reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Regarding any changes:

• Members will be notified via email or an in-platform notification prior to any significant changes.
• Updated terms take effect from the date they are published.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account and receive a refund of any valid balance.

11 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between Takavet and a Member will be resolved through the following steps:

• Step 1: Contact the support team directly. Most issues are resolved at this stage.
• Step 2: If the support team is unable to resolve the issue, it will be escalated to senior management.
• Step 3: Resolution through neutral arbitration agreed upon by both parties.

Both parties must provide the necessary information and evidence during dispute resolution. Takavet's decision shall be considered final, though members' legal rights remain unaffected.
